Got that Friday Feeling!!

Hi guys & dolls... Whoever is reading.

Another long time before posting, I got on so well pre-planning and pre-blogging that i've forgotten to keep it all current. Ooops! I FINALLY  reached 200+ mark on my YouTube Channel. I've been on there for so long & although the views are growing very well, my subscriber numbers don't add up to that! It's embarrassing to say that I screamed and danced around my living room much to my fiancés amusement.

As it is a Friday and it's come around all so quick I thought I would share a few favourite songs to keep to happy spirits up! If you're having a shitty day, pick a few songs to listen to and have a dance and embrace good vibes - they don't start from nothing!! ;)

On to the tunes...

1) Cheerleader - OMI
This song has actually been around for so long, but it wasn't until someone remixed it and it got played on Radio 1 that I heard it, sad but true. I love the remix and the original. It's a feel good song with those happy vibes for a girl he's really into. You can project the happiness towards yourself, and I feel like it's the type of song a cute couple would be really into with the wacky dancing and being goofy... Well, I do that anyway!!

2) Lean On - Major Lazer, Dj Snake Ft. Mo
This one is very indian asian vibes, I love it, I had it on repeat and still do. This really wants to take me on a vacation somewhere hot and got dancing around a firepit surrounded by friends. You can most certainly break a sweat dancing along to this one, its repetitive but it's so damn catchy!

3) Uptown Funk - Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars
Of course, this one has been the soundtrack to everyone's parties, pre-drinks dance and those feel good moments through out the week. This one has constantly been in my head. It's very retro sounding and its obvious who the influences are with this one, very Michael Jackson- James brown esqué. You know all the words, the dance moves, you cannot get rid of this one, when you're feeling low, this one is a confidence builder!

4) Sugar - Maroon 5
Awww the video puts you in a good mood, and the intentions and meanings of the lyrics are very loving. I can't help by smile every single time I hear this song, I would love to be able to dedicate this song to my lovely Fiancé! I like to think we'd play this one at our own wedding. Its just so sickly sweet, it's a good one to put you in a good mood, single or not. It's a mood changer!

5) Trouble - Iggy Azalea Ft. Jennifer Hudson
*Sassy finger click* I was blown away by the combination of these two in this song. It just works so damn well! It's a crowd pleaser and I can see all the girls naming all the bad boys in their lives with this one. Sing along, clap along, feel the soul and girl power in you to come out. I have a feeling this one will be sticking around in peoples playlists for a long time!

6) 45 seconds - Rihanna, Kanye ft. Paul McCartney
I've been obsessed with this song since it first came out, it's got a positive vibe in the end, but its showing the frustrations of people, places, and all the shit we go through in a week. We've got things to do, places to go and we always need to remember ourselves and our happiness first! It's always on repeat when I play it, once isn't enough!

7) Jealous - Nick Jonas
Where do I begin, this has been a surprise to me too, since when did he become so damn cute and the musical talent and style flawed me, he's so different in a very good way, from what we hear now. Music nowadays don't make any sense this one really spoke to me, my Fiancé was always a bit jealous, but in a loving way, it really makes me want to sing so loud to this one! He'll feature once more in my list, keep your eyes peeled. The vibes on this one though, its very 80s/90s pop. It's so good! I feel happy when I see this or hear it, it's a positive song!

8) King - Years & Years
I keep playing this one constantly and recently on one of my laptop, headphones and alcohol parties alone in my room I was singing this one so loud, okay I lie, I'm singing to it right now! Its a weird one, but it's really catchy and it's really got that weekend kind of feeling with it somehow. The video for this one is so trippy! It's a dancey one but also depending on your mood it can be kind of calming at the same time.

9) Let Go for Tonight - Foxes
A feel good, kinda of sad, kind of plays on your mood a bit, but in a happy mood this will be a song to dance to and feel at ease with. Let it go! All the stress and worry for one night, it'll be benificial in the end. You'll see the light at the end of a problem or a task and all will be well! Don't you think this video is really cool? Also the piano is very FAME esqué, the bit where they run out of the audition and dance in the road?!

10) Teacher - Nick Jonas
This one reallllllly makes me wanna party and it's very retro and 80s pop, Can someone tell me what this reminds you of though? Who else sings and does a style like this... Um no-one does anymore, that's why I love it. The video is soo sexy but in the very good way, not slutty but it gets the message across. Its such a party tune, it's gotta be my no. 10, its far too current and it'll be around for so much longer, keep it playing, let's see some fan videos and some remixes too, this is my final feel good song of 2015.

Thank you so much for reading this blog-post. I hope it inspires and lifts a few moods and gets you in the mood to have a good time and just be free for a night. I know work, school and uni is all important. But you work hard to play harder!
Enjoy
